Experienced workers who can operate 4 automatic pressing machine at
the same time, they are working here since the built of Xinpin;
Advanced sintering furnance, 300kg carbide products can be sintered
together for everyday, we have 3 sintered furnances for different
products ( Medium grain, micron and sub-micron grain, different
grain require their own adoptable sintering process to get the
stable performance items )
Advanced Hot-isostatic sintering furnace : 24 hours HIP sintering,
under can effectuvekt eliminate the internal porosity of the allo
and significantly improve the bending strength of the products,
especial for the carbide strips.
